Creative Lead
While I did not design this specific work, I was selected by the Big Car Collective to serve as the Site Coordinator for one of several murals being installed simultaneously across the city. This role was focused on high-stakes logistics and volunteer management, including:
Volunteer Mobilization: Leading a team of Eli Lilly employees through the painting process, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality control.
On-Site Logistics: Managing material distribution and site prep to ensure the project stayed on schedule during a time-sensitive day of service.
Project Liaison: Serving as the bridge between the lead designers (Big Car) and the corporate volunteer team (Lilly) to ensure the artistic vision was executed accurately.

Vision
The Lilly Day of Service is a massive effort to match corporate employees with community needs. For this project on the Southside of Indianapolis, the goal was to transform a neighborhood space through a collaborative, high-energy painting event. My focus was on ensuring the volunteers had a meaningful experience while delivering a professional-grade finish for the community.

Leadership & Coordination
Leading a corporate team in a creative environment requires a specific set of skills: patience, clear instruction, and a "can-do" attitude. As the coordinator in the "neon green," I was responsible for translating the artist's blueprints into actionable steps for non-artists. It was a lesson in how to scale creativity through organized, collective effort.

Human Element
Projects like this prove that art is a powerful tool for corporate team-building and community pride. Being part of a city-wide initiative with Big Car and Eli Lilly reinforced my commitment to "being useful" and using my creative background to facilitate larger social goals.
