| speeding up to slow down |
Good friends are good to have. That's something I've been thinking about a lot lately.
An unplanned day could be the most adventurous, and a walk around a neighborhood can be worth the effort.
The walk was different than usual walks around my neighborhood.
Had a great conversation, and felt like I was alive again. I got the chance to breathe the air around me, and watch mother nature's beating heart.
Days like those when you think to yourself, how the hell can I complain?
After what was one of my most enduring winters, it felt wonderful to experience the warm wind making everything change shapes.
The sun was so bright, it felt like I was in some dream.. walking in slow motion.
You might think I'm weird, but I don't care. This is the kind of thing that helps me get by day to day.
If you've got something that makes you happy, and that helps you get by, then so be it, as long as it's not harmful to yourself or others.
I really wish more people would try to look on the bright side of things.
Feels like I've been swimming, and occasionally drowning, in an ocean of negativity and pesimism.
Make it stop, please.. turn off your televisions, turn off the cameras just for one second.
There's only one life to live, don't let it pass by without getting your money's worth.
Soon they're going to market an idea, then sell a product that will allow people to 'stop and smell the roses'
Your total comes to $59.11... no thank you.
